1. About us

Window Seat is a cinema club operated by KRSNA LONDON LTD ("we", "us", "our"), registered in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of tickets for our screenings.

2. Tickets and pricing

• All ticket prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK VAT.
• A standard ticket entitles one person to a single, unreserved seat for the screening shown at the time of purchase.
• Reserved seating is available as an optional add-on for £1 per ticket, where the venue layout supports it.
• Concession pricing (for example, student tickets) is offered where stated and may require proof of eligibility on arrival.
• Tickets are sold subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation and refunds

We know plans change. Our refund policy is based on how close to the showing you cancel:

Transferring to a future screening. Instead of a refund, you can transfer a paid booking to account credit from your account page, on the same time tiers as above (full value more than 12 hours before, 50% between 12 and 6 hours before, nothing within 6 hours). Credit is valid for 12 months, is applied automatically at checkout, and is not exchangeable for cash. Ticket prices vary by screening — if the screening you re-book costs more than your credit, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your account until it expires.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your card issuer. If a screening is cancelled by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future screening.

4. Age ratings and admission

• Each screening displays the relevant UK age rating (e.g., 12A, 15, 18). It is your responsibility to check this before booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask for proof of age. No refund will be given if admission is refused for failure to meet the age rating.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for age-appropriate screenings where required by cinema policy.

5. Venue and conduct

• Screenings are hosted at independent cinemas and venues across London. The specific venue, screen and start time are shown on your booking confirmation.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break, if any.
• We ask all guests to respect the venue, other audience members and the film. We reserve the right to remove anyone causing disruption without a refund.
• Some venues operate restrictions on food and drink. Any such restrictions will be shown on the screening page and in your confirmation email.

6. Liability

We do our best to run every screening as advertised, but we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (such as venue failure, technical faults, or travel disruption). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the tickets in question.

7. Data and privacy

We collect only the personal data needed to process your booking, send confirmations, and keep you informed about upcoming screenings. We do not sell your data. For more details, please contact us.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
