There's a bar on site, so please arrive at least 15 minutes before the advertised start time to get settled. There are no ads — the film starts promptly at the advertised time, and the bar is open after the film too. We understand things can happen, so if you do arrive slightly late, please find the nearest seat as quietly as possible to avoid disturbing other club members.

Photography & filming
We may take photographs/video at Window Seat events for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear, please let a member of the Window Seat team know when you arrive or whenever you spot us taking photos/filming!

You're welcome to bring snacks and a bottle of water into the screening room. Any other drinks should be purchased from the venue bar, which is open before and after the screening — a lovely spot to meet other members.
